Unplugged Ceremony |

We are having an unplugged ceremony so please ensure that all mobile phones are switched off and not being used at all during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and videographer there to capture memories and photos so we kindly request there to be no one else taking photos or videos of the ceremony and to be completely present in the moment. |

Photos & Social Media |

Other than during the ceremony, we encourage everyone to take as many photos as they wish of the day. We will be organising a way that we can all share photos with each other. However, we kindly ask that no one uploads any photos on social media of the wedding until after we have uploaded some ourselves. |

Can I watch the ceremony virtually if I'm unable to attend? |

Of course! We will be streaming the ceremony and speeches for all evening guests or those unable to make it. We will share more information on this nearer to the time. |

What date shall I RSVP by? |
| |
Please RSVP no later than 28th April 2025 so we can confirm numbers with the venue. You can RSVP by clicking here or the RSVP button in the menu. Everyone will need to RSVP, regardless if you've verbally told us you're attending or you're in the wedding party. |

Will there be quiet areas we can go to decompress during the day? |
| |
The grounds are beautiful and peaceful for some quiet time during the day. The hotel contains lots of seating areas outside of the Evelyn Suite (reception room) if anyone would like a quiet space to sit. |

Plus ones/additional guests |

We have specified those invited on the invitations. If you wish to bring a plus one/partner that was not specified on your invite please reach out to us. Please note that as our guest list currently does not contain any children, we have not made any provisions for them. |

Is the venue dog friendly? |
| |
The venue is dog friendly and dogs are welcome to stay in hotel rooms. However, dogs are not allowed in the Evelyn Suite where the reception is taking place, and won't be allowed at the ceremony, so provisions would need to be made for them during these times. |

Dress code |
| |
Smart summer wedding clothes! We kindly request for no one except the bride to be wearing white. Please dress to feel your best and most comfortable. There will be some outside elements to the day so you may wish to check the weather forecast in advance, we have indoor options for any outdoor areas in case of bad weather. |

Parking |

There is free parking available at the venue on a first come, first serve basis. Please note the parking is shared with hotel guests so please park considerately. |

What time will the bar be open? |
| |
The hotel bar opens at midday and will stay open until late, you're welcome to purchase drinks from there at any time in the day. We will also have a cash bar available for wedding guests only which will be open from the Wedding Breakfast until the end of the evening reception. |

Is there a cloakroom to store bags and coats? |

There will be a coat rail situated near the Evelyn suite for you to place your belongings should you wish to. |
